Injury and Liability Disclaimer
By registering for or participating in any pickleball event organized by Prime Rally Events, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
Pickleball, like any physical activity, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, or injuries resulting from playing conditions, equipment, or other participants. By taking part in our events, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Prime Rally Events, its organizers, staff, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising out of your participation in our events.
Medical Responsibility
You understand and agree that you are responsible for determining your physical fitness and ability to participate. You are also responsible for carrying your own medical insurance, and you authorize emergency medical care if necessary while participating.
Personal Property
Prime Rally Events is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during events.
Agreement to Terms
By registering, attending, or participating in a pickleball event hosted by Prime Rally Events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
